Carl - that would be beyond cruel! My iris are mostly all planted in beds. About 25 this year are still in pots.

We only have orders out to Keppel & Supersition & winterberry. Some of the extras get taken to our iris auction in Aug. Of course I might buy a couple there.

Last year at this time I was at zero and by the end of Summer I ended up in a straight jacket for the second year in a row. Currently I have 4 ordered and we'll see what happens over the next 5 months. September is a long time away....

That's quite an impressive list of vendors and number of rhizomes ordered Liz!

Arlyn, I see you fell off the wagon. Hilarious!

Try taking a screen shot. On a Mac, it's control/shift/4.. I usually save them to the desktop, then move to photos, or a file, or delete. Someone else will have to explain how to do it on a PC.

I ordered from a few places this year, but I wasn't paying attention and ordered a couple of the same Iris from different vendors. It's ok because I really like the ones I doubled ordered. But now I really have to do an accurate count. I know my orders will not come anywhere close to the last two years orders. Hurray!
I really really want to place an order with Mid America and Kepple too. My $4,000 to $5,000 issue has now rose to $6,250. Ouch! You know how many Iris I could have bought for $6,250? Glare Sticking tongue out *Blush*

One way to do it for the PC is to right click on the image. Click on 'save image as'. When the screen comes up, name the file and save it. Note what folder it goes into. Should be Downloads.
Then add the photo like you would an iris photo. I saved your avatar and then downloaded it from my Downloads folder.

Rules:
You count all of the iris cultivars that you acquired during this calendar year.

The deadline for this award will be Sept. 15. Rhizomes received after this time will not count toward this title.

Question, the PNW sale is usually around the second week of September. Can this date be modified if the sale runs Sept 15 and Sept 16? Shrug!

The horses seconded the motion, and the dog and cat's rallied around the idea and it passed with flying colors. The only apposing vote came from the darn ground hog, and he's going to get his!!! Sept. 30th it is, and it's been changed on the first post.
