Good morning Jon and everyone.

Again, I can't really add a report as I just received this CV a couple weeks ago. I will add that this is one that will be added to my 'Native American Heritage Bed'

Hope to see others reports soon.

'Apache Beacon' is one of favorite spideries. It's a strong grower, multiplies rapidly, is fertile both ways, and the scapes are tall enough to make it stand out in the garden. I can't say enough good about it!

I don't grow it, but do grow a lot of other Ned Roberts cultivars. I've seen some superb clumps of this cultivar at various National conventions. Here are images taken at the 2010 and 2015 Conventions, both in GA. Sort of fitting, as that was Ned's home state.

I thought I would come back and provide an updated report...

AB is really showing off, this second full year growing in its current spot. The scape is every bit of it registered height. It also seems to increase steadily, and has moved itself up in the rankings, as one of my new favorites.

I grow this in TX. My favorite Ned Roberts daylily to date. Blooms every year even after moving and not in a prime location
FFO 2021 6/7/21 about a week after mid mid-eeason. Pod/Pollen fertile...have a number of kids using 'Laughing Feather' as the pollen parent.
1st year after relocating 9 months earlier.

Performs well in my zone 8b, SE Ms. garden. Multiplies fast. Fans tend to be on the small side.
