Yes, I have found a couple of listings from several years back for $100. Webb's (Bells not Webbs) had it for $30 last year. If you are using Google, when you search, at least on a Mac, you can do the following:

Thumb of 2016-04-24/Charlemagne/0b997d

There is a menu just to the right of the menus you can see here (darn upload photo limitations)
"All Images Video News Shopping More" that last menu item is "Search tools." Click it and you get the menu list shown below "All." It reads:

"Any Time All Results."

Click on "Any Time" and you get the menu right under "Any Time" which lets you filter your results by when they were posted. Pick one and Google researches within your time frame. I set it to one month and the listing for Marietta and for Bells disappeared because they were posted more than a month ago.

And correcting my earlier post it was Bells and not Webbs where I saw it last year.

Ok - so I'm batting zero.

How about MAPPING TOKYO? Bob Selmon listed it but has no more and no further plans to grow it.

Anybody?

I just did a quick Google search...
You should be able to get it here: http://www.artgallerygardens.c...
If not, you could try: http://daylilyfans.com/bishop/...
No price is listed, but it looks like this place might also sell it: http://www.redbrickgardens.com...

Found this: "MAPPING TOKYO - DF - L4H - Weston, J 1996 - $19.99"
here: http://www.blueridgedaylilies....

Edited to add: I don't know if Selmen owns Blue Ridge Daylilies or not. Sorry if you've already tried there.

I have been wanting Bullfrog Kisses. I am bidding on it now on the LA. This is after the fact but how does it grow for everyone? I am hoping it isn't tender in my zone 6 garden. I saw it on the Region 10 tour and just thought the color was awesome.

Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!

Bob does own Bluegrass and he sold his last one as I was driving out here to New Mexico so that was a dead end. Artgallery list ELMA at $35.00 which is more than twice any auction going back two years so I filed that under maybe baby. Red Brick doesn't show prices or how to order that I can find (stupid me?.)

So far I had found those (and a lot of links in Russian??? when just searching for "Tipton")

Somehow I had missed the listing for Shady Rest and have an email in to them now!

Acorn for the tips, thumbs up for helping bring the thread back to life.

BK does well for me so hopefully you'll have no trouble. It is later to emerge though. But it blooms reliably, sets pod, and increases.

Thank you for the acorn! I'm sorry Bluegrass was a dead end. If I come across somewhere else that has it, I will let you know.

If you're dying to have it, you could try contacting the daylily society in the area of the hybridizer and have them ask their members. It's amazing how many daylily sellers and hybridizers don't have websites, but they usually have memberships or contacts within the local daylily societies. It's likely that already some of the area daylily gardens near the hybridizer purchased it at some point after it was introduced.

Knaus - J, is Juergen Hans Knaus from Germany, the hybridizer of ADO Gold. Hans is a member of NGA, user name Heart2Heart. You could try sending him a tmail to ask if anyone in the US has this cultivar or if he might be able to ship one to you.

Interesting - the name rang a bell from one of the Reg. 2 newsletters but that was all I could find. Hopefully someone can track down the plant! This would also explain why nobody from Reg. 2 responded when I asked for info! Hilarious!

James, the name and R2 rings a bell with me too. Wonder if Ed Kraus from Wis. is why we both first thought R2? I did look in the database and as soon as I saw the image of ADO Gold realized it was one of Hans intro's.
