I don't think I have ever heard of this one. It is lovely! Well I looked it up so am editing this. It is a short trailing type- interesting. FBTS has it:

A great plant to cascade over a wall, or in a hanging basket. I've seen their pendulous stems six feet long.

That is a beauty even without the flowers!
