Thanks for the address Dave. Now don't you let on to him what we've got planned. Shhhhhh...... not until AFTER he starts getting them.

I want to talk to him about it at all. Smiling I'm sure he'll mention it to me next time I'm in there, which may not be for a couple weeks.

BTW, when you send him the postcard, tree mail me and let me know so I can add you to the list I'm keeping! That list will be used when the microbadge is ready. Smiling

A Randy badge? Hmmm...? 'Or would it be a "Goody Two-Shoes" badge? Either way, I will be sending mine tomorrow morning! I love it when someone goes out of his way to do something nice. I'll tree-mail only after mail lady comes!

Randy did indeed go out of his way to make this happen, and he did it not expecting that I have any power to reward him for his efforts (and I don't, really). I don't know what his markup was, but he charged me $6.45 per 80lb bag. So even if he made an extra $1 per bag, my 5 bags didn't cover all the trouble he went through for me!

I'll be sending him a note tomorrow.

Okay dokie! I just finished mine!

Will mail it tomorrow. And I promise to take it directly to the post office, bypassing our slow tractor-driving mailman, Buford, so I know it goes out on time.

Thanks for the address, Dave.

Great idea! We do this often after having exemplary service at restaurants. We call and ask for the manager and he/she thinks "uh-oh . . . a complaint. They are so happy when it's a rare compliment.

Sending my thanks to randy today! Big Grin

The Eagle stopped here on the way to TX Shoe.

Too bad we couldn't send some water balloons or something with it.

Oh boy! What a great idea! We should do that next time, Vic! We can use those big hot air balloons except fill them with water! Drop them from the sky with a, uhh, well you work on that end of things for us. Rolling on the floor laughing
