Dave, in the Daylily Forum, this post http://garden.org/thread/view_... originally showed the pictures OK, several commented on them so could obviously see them, now they look like this:

Pandora's Treasure, a new one I got from Maryotts this year. In fact, it is sending up a rebloom scape!

That's interesting. I checked and it is happening to just this one user and has affected their posts in at least 5 different threads.

I think they have a virus on their computer, that is causing their browser to add malicious code to the things they post on the web.

It is not their fault, but that's probably what is happening here.

We never noticed it before because I have always quietly removed HTML tags from all posts. Recently I made a change to allow HTML tags to stay but render as text rather than render as HTML.

Anyway I'll edit and fix the images she posted.

I looked further into this. It's not a virus.

This issue is caused by the Firefox plugin called "Browser Highlighter". If you have this installed it will insert this unwanted code into your posts. To check, open Firefox, click tools, add ons, and look for "Browser Highlighter". If it is installed, uninstall it or disable it.

So you mean if I personally have it installed or the person posting them? So far other report on that thread that they can't see them either, some use Safari browser.

The person making the post creates the mess in his own post by means of having that plugin installed.

I don't know if this is just me or if this is designed to work this way or what. I added the details to a plant in the database plus a photo of the bloom. I have photos of the seed pod, seeds, etc... to add to it but it won't let me add any photos beyond the first one I put. The submission has not apparently been approved by the moderators yet so I'm not sure if that's why I can't add any more photos to it or not. Can anyone tell me?
PS... I added something last night, it was approved & then this morning added another photo & that worked so that's why I suspect adding more than 1 photo can only be done after approval.

I have added more than one photo to a plant before approval with no problem so i don't think that is it, unless it has changed. Smiling

I think I've figured out why it's happening. I have Sony Picture Motion Browser & when I try to load a second photo from the same date/group of pictures it won't allow it. It's okay if it's from a different date. So now I have to figure out a work around for the same date folder problem.
