I think it was from Blue J Iris. It looks like FIRE ON THE MOUNTAIN when it blooms. It's incredible.

One of my favorite new iris for sure has to be Zlatovlaska! Lovely ruffles, it's a space ager, has unique coloring, and the blooms lasted for weeks.

I got that one from Brad last year, but didn't bloom yet, I can't wait.

Besty - that is a chimera, two falls, two standards. It happens occasionally to even the best of iris. If you haven't yet, check out the Super Freaks thread to see what mischief an iris can get into.

I only grew four new iris this year, and three bloomed, all standard dwarf bearded. My favourite of the three was Extraterrestrial. Puddy Tat was a close second.
