I love the rosewood color of the falls upon opening! Still pretty when they soften to that warm brownish color too

I think that it slows down when you run out of space for new ones. I don't think that's me yet. Lawn and garden still exist. The secret gardener had dahlias planted in the vegetable garden too, ha.

It doesn't ever slow down even when you run out of space. You just make NEW space!

Yes, those are Louisiana iris. I took the pictures this spring at Plantation Point Nursery when we were there for the SLI Convention. I never did get the name of the red one. It was amazing to see that many Louisiana iris in bloom.

The setting for them is amazing. I am going to show these pictures to my LA's so they know what they can achieve.
