I don't think I would ever be able to ID a hydrangea, they are just so varied depending on the soil, culture, etc. Whatever it is, it's a beauty! Maybe with those green centers it may be easier to narrow down an ID.

Not every hydrangea is green, pink, and brown. I saw this in a store today not labeled for variety and I have a mind to go back and purchase it.
