A resistance to plants? There isn't really such a thing, is there?

OK, I'm wavering between Lady Kelly and Rococo... somebody help me choose!

Lynn, I'm putting our lists on the top post. Frenchy still needs to finalize, and I'm nearly good to go... I'll list my 9 "for sure" varieties at the top.

Who am I kidding, I had both of those on my wish list from the start. I did drop Lentezon... love the pink stolons, but wasn't sure of the rest of the coloring -- what is that color? coppery? pink?

Lynn, I also asked you to pick 2 more for me as you're going through your garden, checking and marking. If you find 3 I "must have," you could drop Rococo or Lady Kelly to make room (unless another sub is needed), but I should probably stick with my "baker's dozen" to keep my total under $50.

Thank you!

And a big THANK YOU to my friends who are ordering with me and splitting the shipping. Less postage = more plants! (We'll do postage as a per plant cost)

Lynn, are we still fitting into 1 flat rate box, do you think? We've got 26 plus Frenchy's order of maybe 6... and I'm hoping you can squeeze in some noids if still available.

So far it looks like they should all fit into a Large Flat Rate box.

Another one that get very large at maturity is 'Persephone'. It has proven to be a tough plant in my raised beds, in all our seasons. Hen and Chicks (Sempervivum 'Persephone')

Another that goes through many different color changes throughout the year, strong grower.
'Honigmond' Hen and Chicks (Sempervivum 'Honigmond')

And you should really try the roller types. They are very tough and productive in making increase. http://garden.org/lists/view/v...

Green Grin!
Chantell, those are two of my favorites right now. And I think both will do well in summer high humidity.
And look at the interesting seasonal colors of both 'Olympicum' and 'Honigmon'.
'Olymicum' will eventually make a nice ground cover.

ooh, I'm crushin' on 'Persephone' -- love the name, too.

Lynn, could you please pick out 2 "rollers" for me that you think would have a good contrast used together as a groundcover? maybe together with 'Blaze'?

I'd like to add 'Persephone' and drop one of the other semps on my list... 'Boromir' and 'Cuckoo' look kinda similar to me, so I think I only "need" one of them... could I make that an either/or choice, please? Pick according to how the plants look or which one is your favorite or which one you think might be more vigorous for me...

'Boromir' and 'Cockoo' are quite different. 'Boromir' has wonderful watermarkings.
I would be happy to choose two rollers for you Jill. Please ad that to your list.

Lynn, that doesn't help! Having recently decided I'd order a dozen instead of 10, I've now gone to a "baker's dozen," and I"m trying to stick to that. LOL maybe I'll decide that rollers don't "count" toward that total.

I tree-mailed Frenchy to let her know we're trying to finalize.

Ok @critterologist & @valleylynn I updated my original post but am putting 'here' as well:
'Drachenblut'
'Jeramia'
'Virgil'
'Honigmond'
'Olympicum'

Thank you for your patience. I'm pretty sure you said all of these should be ok here in our lovely humid climate. Will be buying an extra bag of grit for these babies!!

Thanks for updating the lists for me, Chantell!

Lynn, I'd like to add one more for our swap hostess, please... something colorful and small enough to maintain in a pot. Maybe 'Canada Kate', since her daughter's name is Katie. So now my total is 15 and that's my FINAL ANWER.

Thank you very much for planning to share some of your lovely noids!
