I think it a Pandanus for sure but I dont know which "Screw Pine" it is.

I agree, the plant pictured appears to be a variety of Pandanus. Here's one in our database for comparison Screw Pine (Pandanus tectorius)

@Calif_Sue, I was going to suggest moving the photo to the general database entry but we currently don't have a general entry for Pandanus.

Created one Screw Pine (Pandanus) and moved image.
