'We Are The Champions' certainly appeals to me, I like that one. Off to check the stats! They looked good also! But I am afraid it might not be good for this region. Sad

Mantis--very pretty daylilies! The greenery behind them is nice and cool looking especially this time of year! Excellent job all around! May you be blessed with an awesome August!

Can it really be August...already? Where has the summer gone...
Nice blooms! The Dream Society is a late bloomer here, too, and hasn't even ffo'd yet. There are others that still haven't started blooming and now I'm seeing rebloom scapes on many of the early bloomers. Weird year.
A dark, cloudy sky this morning... managed to catch only 3 images before the rain started. Sad

Little Sumpin, the cloudy sky brought out the blue tones in the color.

The Levitating Ananuki, I moved a piece of this one late this spring and wasn't expecting to see it bloom this year. A nice surprise to see it this morning.

S W E E T ! ! ! Some lovely late bloomers above. I am green with envy .... Green Grin!

My only bloom today was Paige's Pinata. I don't remember this one having more than 2 buds. And I am also wondering if it might be a bud builder?

Sea Gold - An oldie in the garden. This photo was taken late in the day and the colour had faded to this a pale peach.

I am looking at all the bloom photos and saying .... Awwww! How lovely!

Some I have and no blooms here currently. I do have some seedlings producing what I believe are rebloom scapes. In fact, these were all from the same or similar cross clumps, so they are putting up re-bloom scapes. I have plans to move them all to the yard instead of the raised beds. So with the reblooming, I can verify the blooms to decide to plant them together or apart,

Like Christina Ann Pottmeyer, what a cutie. Enjoy checking the bloom thread each evening to see what everyone had blooming today. Smiling

Two views of Cobraskin Necktie, first early this morning, cool and cloudy. Second later this afternoon after the sun had been out and temps were in the mid 80's. Same bloom, slightly different angle.

Feng Shui Moment

Wayne's World, so glad to see this one blooming. It is growing in the center of a large bed and surrounded by huge clumps of Black Falcon Ritual, Swallow Tail Kite...I'm going to need a backhoe to get this clump out Rolling my eyes. .... and Waves Become Wings...wasn't sure if it was lost in there...

A couple more that were open today but these images were taken last week (in July... *Blush* ).

Feminist Bookstore, I remember seeing this as a seedling at Curt's. It was over in the corner by the small gate into the garden, he named and intro'd it the next year.

Glass Bead Game was open today... big clump with a bunch of blooms D'Oh! D'Oh! D'Oh! why didn't I get an image...

I did get these two clump shots last week if that counts.... Smiling

It's so nice to see blooms this time of year when we're having 95+ every day and mine are all ratty looking. Thank you for posting your beauties.

Oh what beautiful flowers! I don't think I could ever grow tired of seeing everyone's bloom photos. I love the clump photos, too! What a nice way to end the day. Thank You!

Leslie - I'm in the same boat. Though not all of mine are looking ratty, only about half or less. But no blooms. Sad

Char--very nice colors on all your blooms! For the sake of sounding like a parrot always repeating this, but the greenery looks so nice and cool!

Liz--at least you had a couple of greeters! They look good! I have alot of heat dormant ones too!

I missed the rain events of last week and hose water does not cut it. Once it hits hot temps the hose water is always warm, no cool down.
Becky-- We have had an odd weather event. No heat index 102 is 102! And because of that it allowed the nighttime temperature to drop to 77 to 78! Pretty unheard of ! What a blessing! May everyone experience an overabundance of blessings in their lives!
