Between Sue & Kin I don't ever need to leave home to take a trip or a walk on the Wild Side. Rolling on the floor laughing Kin takes such interesting walks taking pictures of native plants, he has helped me identify some of the plants growing in my garden that are natives. Like Sue, I don't think he goes anywhere without his camera. Both of them are teaching me to be better at not missing photo opportunities. Thank you both.
We are all watching Debbie's garden transform, it is so exciting and interesting. She is using a lot of creativity, I just love it.
Thanks Kin for noticing the new avatar. It's the the Plant of the Month, 'Korspel Sport'.
It's a tiny one, but oh so cute.

Wow! There is a lot of inspiration here!
Maybe this is off topic, or belongs somewhere else, but I wonder how you keep track of which varieties are in a container. Being new to these varieties, I would like to keep track of what I put in a container, but think I will forget what is in there.(OK, I only have 10 right now) I have metal tags, but don't want them in the pot.

Hi Anna - welcome! One way you could keep track is to take a picture of the container and note the varieties on the picture. Of just draw a picture. Then keep them in a folder or binder. I wish I was smart enough to keep track when I only had 10! At that time I didn't bother and now I wish I had. I'm sure others will come up with some good ideas for you too.

I agree That is what I do also Anna. Some you just seem to get to know and recognize them the minute you see them, but don't rely on that. Whistling As we all are learning, each one can go through so many changes it can make IDing difficult. Blinking
Anna, I don't like tags in the pots either, sometimes you can hide them, or push them down in the dirt.
Unfortunately I to started out not keeping a record of the semps, so I have some with no ID. I still love them.

You got an awesome variety of semps & sedum Debbie. Hurray! Thumbs up
You will love each one of them.
You will find once the sedum recover from shipping and all, they will really take off. They usually grow fast.
Semps of course will take longer to mature and produce chicks.
You are going to have so much fun. Can't wait to see pictures of all your new plants in your gardens/containers. Hurray!

These are tiny baskets, ranging in size from 4" long to 9" long.

Those metal baskets are adorable! I have some of the galvanized troughs planted with succulents as well---got mine at Lowe's, but they're larger than yours. I'll try to take some photos, now that I've finished pressure-washing my courtyard.

Hurray! Debbie, I am so excited for you, can't wait to see pictures when you get them.
Janet, you can't believe how many compliments I got on those bowls from people visiting the house. They all wanted to know where I got them, expecially the little triple container. No one has ever seen one like that.
Can't wait to see your container pictures all planted. Thumbs up

Great bunch of plants you've got on order Debbie!

I got all the containers at Hobby Lobby. Lynn, that's what I thought - you can put those anywhere...even on the patio table. I'm sure they'll look a little nicer when they fill in. All the semps are starting to have chicks so it shouldn't be long.
