Just came in for a break, some juice and PB toast I realized that I haven't eaten yet when I started to run out of steam. Was looking for the Longwood pics I know there are some nice shots in that group but I can't find them. Well back outside. I'm suppost to shop for the party today and take plant up to my Parents so I need to get moving.

The larger patches of green was irish moss. It was a nice addition too.

Susan, do you know how they kept the semps for being to wet?
Would you mind adding that to the Container Database? That is such an unusual way to display semps, over water. Very interesting and pretty.

Very close on the ponds edge but not actually in the water. I'm guessing maybe they staged it there for the tour then moved it to a dryer location but I can't be sure. At the time I thought wow I didn't know you could put those plants in a wet area (oh duh, you probably can't).

I love garden tours---such great places to get ideas and see new plants. But I've learned to take my Sunset Garden Book along as a sanity check.
Regardless of where they put it, that succulent wreath is a real beaut. I just wonder if it was laying down because none of the plants were rooted in time for the tour---that's what I would have done!!
