Hello, I am back from a trip out West. I loved seeing the aspen groves. Will they grow in my Old KY Home? Thanks!

The quaking aspen is very good for many many climates. It is one of the most widespread species in North America and can be found from Canada to the mountain ranges of Mexico. I think they would do quite well in Kentucky! They are great in clumps or in rows, however, I really like seeing them as single specimens in a greater planned area. They are fast growing and will be of "good size" in just a few years time. Thumbs up

That sounds like good news, James. Now, I must be on a search for a local nursery!

Good luck! When/if you make a decision and do some planting, be sure to post pictures! Thumbs up

I will James, now I just have to locate one. I have a tree/shrub nursery a few miles away so maybe he could order me one. Hurray!
