Happy Valentines day Ronnie. Must be sorta like an Einstein "wrinkle" in time ...So I am getting ready with pots & bagged soil, to compete with y'all. One Kikyo started to germinate already. Sure hope I'm not too early to join the party, but ( wondering?) & hope I'm not starting to early now, since I am "retro " posting back in time, to only Feb 14

Thank you Ronnie. My post was partly in jest, but anyway, I am going to mix up the bagged soil & add various other ingredients to help with drainage, yet retain moisture in heat, when they tend to grow faster & able to drain from extreme rainfall, which seems unusual.. Unless, of course, we end up with drought & that ought to be Forbidden ! Roots will be able to grow though, into the soil..
Real excited about those gifted seeds & will see how 'variable' the Japanese packet of 'Fuji Musume' I ordered, actually are...
