Anyone have a clue what this is? I live in New York and have these trees all over. Thanks for the help!

Buckthorn (Rhamnus carthartica). An invasive small tree/shrub from Europe. It's "all over" because it is not native and there are no checks and balances in the American natural environment. There are male trees and female trees. Try to remove all the female trees with berries first, so you can curb the spread (at least a little).
