I may be but it really depends on when it is.

I would depending on the dates. But I'm not sure if I could participate this year. I've already done 2 swaps and may not have any seed left to swap.

Hi Lisa,
I have always enjoyed your Commercial Seed swap and the goodies I've received!
For me, it would depend on
1. timing
and more so
2. Other swaps I am committed to. Primarily because I find I am running out of planting area!

I'm interested. I'm wondering if a swap after Alana's would work? Or if not, then December would be good. Kind of keeps us swapping at least once a month. Nov (dnd's) Dec (yours), and then Jan (Alana's). For me, that'd work. Plus with Alana's being the last to swap, all seeds would be in by January for me. I have just enough time to germinate and get seedlings going for March. We are slated to have another mild winter here which means I'll be able to plant out by March as I did last year with some things.

You know, I had thought about doing this one this year and decided I wouldn't solely due to the spring rains I get. I generally order just what I need and hope for the best. But now that I think about it? Yay! Just another excuse to order more seed, lol. There's always tons out there I want.

Karen, join in on the addict club! what the heck right? It's a good excuse for buying more. Rolling on the floor laughing

I don't always grow everything I trade for the year that I trade for it. I have a seed stash BUT seeds last a long time nodding

Val, I never run out of space. I take things out to put things in.lol

Thank you Lisa. I keep thinking, I do not need more seed, but I really do. I can't help it. I immediately went to see what I was going to get from where, lol. My husband is going to kill me if he ever sees how much seed I get. Ok, he really does love me and thinks it could be worse. As long as he doesn't have to germinate or plant, he's good.

Karen, my husband figures there are a lot worse things that a woman can be doing..lol I have to say that he is an enabler. He drives me around to far away nurseries and laughs when he sees sed orders coming in{most of the time}.

My Daughter is getting married on the 12th of this month so I have not ordered seeds yet this year. I still have a few dozen packs from 2016 ordering to share though. Smiling

I normally only allow seeds that are a couple of years old but with this swap system as long as the year the seeds were purchased is disclosed, all seeds may be entered into the swap. I also haven't allowed mixes in the last couple of years because I would get stuck with all of them. There were way too many and they were never on wish lists. I'll allow those also this year.

Daniel, this is for commercial seeds only.

I have done this swap for the last 6 years. It's a great way to increase what you grow without breaking the bank.

Lisa,

Congratulations on your daughters wedding this weekend. I know you are busy so don't expect you to see this until afterwards. I'd love to see pics of the wedding since it is going to be at your house. Do you not have pics/photo albums of your gardens? I've been curious as heck to see it laid out. I know a great deal of what you offer has come out of your own gardens and I've always just wanted to see how you have your gardens laid out. I love looking at plants and the way people put them together.

Since I started swapping last year, my husband really has been good about indulging me with my seeds, bulbs and plants, whether bought or traded. I don't have alot of commercial seed from this years season. I'm gonna go over to GW and read last years swap to get an idea of what is expected on seed count. That makes a difference for me. There has also been a couple of things I ordered this year that I flat am not going to use and have a great deal of that seed. It can be divided up maybe 3 times. I don't know if that is ok. So, while you get your daughter hitched, I'll be reading up on this swap and how best to do this. Have a great weekend and don't overdo. You need to be able to enjoy the festivities too.

Karen, I am not much of a picture taker and when I do, I usually delete them. I'll see what I can come up with for my big gardens....

Karen, the wedding wasn't at my house. I hosted the shower back in September but the gardens were pooping out by then, I had some nice mums and impatiens surrounding the brial tent we rented but he gardens were so dry all summer that nothing was looking fantastic.
