Mammillaria, looks big but small, it is a 2 inch pot.



And this little cutie operculicarya pachypus, 3 inch pot. I put this into an oversize pot to give room for the roots to grow, it is somehow a caudex plant.

How cute is Sedum dasyphyllum? Very! This is about 2" across.

Sedeveria 'Pink Granite' seems to top-out at about an inch across. The little ones to the left could hide under a dime. This is indoor coloring, on a shelf across a S window, which in retrospect, realized is a little too high to catch the sun all day.

This is the time of year when the little rollers make their cute little offsets (Jovibarba when I first met them, now lumped with Sempervivum.) The other plants are Sedum 'Mini Me' and Sedeveria 'Pink Granite.' This 1.5" pot has spent the winter right on the top of the bottom pane. It's juuuust wide enough for a tiny pot of this size, and cool enough for the rollers.

Callisia elegans can grow into a long vine but, in plenty of sun, the individual rosettes @ each node are very small. The blooms are barely big enough to see. None of them were open when I took these pics yesterday. This vine crawled across a table, between other pots, toward a window over winter.

None of those cute "string of" plants seem to like my conditions and/or style of care, but this "string of stripes" gets me. For those who enjoy trimming, it's a good mini garden plant too because although it might crawl out of the pot, it doesn't try to take over the soil surface by going sideways.
