It is a interesting little plant you never know what its going to do. There are 2 others in the same container a large one and another small but just look like any other semp.
Plants are like that little ray of sunshine on a rainy day.

Karen that's one reason I think it is a bloom but the shape looks like an offset, but it isn't likely that an offset would take this long.

That would be my guess too, but I've never seen a semp bloom! It is fun to see.

Here is one of mine that shows some of the base rosette and you can see there are bloom buds all the way near the bottom... After seeing my own picture I'm thinking yours is a bud Ed

Bev/Lynn I hope so , I have had them flower outsider but as this is in my basement it will be a interesting to see.
