|I love team plants but I LOVE team seeds. I am not sure how someone came about with that term but I want to say that since I started hybridizing daylilies about ten years ago, I have been in awe every year to see what incredible plant might just show itself through that little black pearl! I agree with Dave too about there being on my own timetable. In fact, I still have some in my refrigerator that should have gone in this summer, but will have to wait until the next season. Here are a few of my seedlings that bloomed for the first time this year..it's just like Christmas in July!
Enjoying God's creation, one leaf at a time

|I bought some seeds on a whim and am starting to really look forward to what the tiny little darlings are going to be when they grow up. Also had a long-established daylily (think it is Hyperion, but might be Happy Returns) with a seed pod this year. Planted those just for grins. Next year will be fun.
If you never ask, the answer is always 'no.'
