This is not working for me... moving this photo:

Standard Dwarf Bearded Iris (Iris 'Raspberry Whip')

To this plant:

Lily (Lilium 'Raspberry on Whip')

Help!

I had no trouble moving it. What steps did you take? Did you click on the 'Move this image to another plant' option when you enlarge the photo and then enter the new name?

We just cross posted! Yes I did it correctly and also had irisloverdee give it a try and she couldn't do it either. I wonder if there is a waiting period as I had to make the entry for Raspberry on Whip first as it wasn't in the data base. I tried many times to move it...

There are 3 proposals in the Misc. pending queue. They needed to get approved first.

So is Raspberry Whip also a legit lily?

I just approved all three, not that it did anything because it was already moved. Big Grin

No, the registered name is Raspberry on Whip. I always thought it was a bit weird for a name. So Dee needs to do what, delete my excess (excessive) proposals?

So we keep cross posting! I take it the story is ended now, yes?

Yes! For future reference though, another way way around it would have been to first delete the correct one, Raspberry on Whip, the one without the image, then just edit the name on the other one, that way you wouldn't have to move an image.
By the way, you as Lily database moderator should have been able to move that photo. Did you follow through after proposing it and click the approve button? That may be why it got hung up each time. Blinking

Well I think I did (approve). I have had to move a number of photos and have done it successfully. Also Dee, moderator of irises, could not move it. Usually when I forget to approve my own proposals the system seems to then treat me like a non-moderator and the request shows up on my home page.

I only saw 3 proposals, all from you. If Dee had added a proposal, it would have showed in the pending queue too. So maybe there was a temporary glitch, when I came along, it was already fixed and all went through OK. Shrug!

Anyways, it's all good now! Thumbs up
