One question Allison: What in the heck do you do to dispose of all that oil afterwards?

Hetty, the brussels sprouts were great. I loved them, unfortunately my husband didn't. So I probably won't be making them too often. He's such a boring eater.
See Karen? that's why I'm not even going to roast (or cook in any manner) brussels sprouts in this house. I would be the only one eating them while dh complained of how I stunk up the house.

make em on the grill Ann.. can't stink up the house that way... we filter the oil and use it a few more times before ditching it... store it in the container it came in.. and give it to our friend who turns it into bio-diesel fuel for his work truck.. he loves us!!
How cool! That's recycling at it's finest.
Sans grill until house is done. Durn fridge in this place is only about 18 c.f. --- you know how small that makes the freezer? Ice cube trays have to fit too.
Calgon -- take me awaaaaaaayyyyyyyy!
