I'm only guessing a which of the many "holly" sections to upload this to. Please correct me if I got it wrong. If you expand the image, you should see the tiny white flowers and other details that might distinguish it.
My wife bought several of these shrubs about 5 years ago. The ones that survived have not grown. So the tree shown and described in this section seems unlikely. But so far as I can see, the leaves match.

Please post any unknown images to the Plant ID forum first rather than guessing.
