It does look a lot like the Eastern Pheobe. I had never seen one before. He was really cute, but kept dive bombing us, especially my daughter in law. I thought it must be protecting something.

Sue, I've never heard of an Eastern Phoebe dive-bombing like that but I read that they often raise two broods each year so perhaps it was a female protecting a nearby nest?
