Not a new member ( joined in July 2014 ) tryed to ask question & added photo too but it said safari not recognize ( I think that's what it said )
I'm on my iPad because most of my photos are on there ...
Haven't posted since last year ..
What can I do ?

I assume you are signed in. Sorry, I don't use Apple devices, so not familiar with Safari. I'm sure @Dave can help.

The picture you post must first exist on your device. When you click on "Upload an image" it will open whatever mechanism your device has to let you select a photo.

It must be a real photo and not some other kind of file (no documents, PDFs, zip files, etc).

Also (depending on the device) the image probably must be on your computer/device and not on a cloud service.

The photos of my flowers beds , houseplants & vegetable garden ect ..are taken on my Apple IPad only .
They are not from iCloud or any other devices because I don't use any other devices for my photos ., It's just easier that way. It looked like it loaded then it all disappeared & it said what ever it said & quickly vanished .
Maybe it was just a mistake on my end with our internet service ...

Sorry I should have told you it works now .
I think our internet wasn't working right that 1st time I tryed to post & load a photo ..
It's working fine now ... I'm still trying to figure out some other things too
