What a perfectly perfect photo Janet!
I am a strong believer in the simple fact is that what matters in this life is how we treat others. I think that's what living is all about. Not what I've done in my life but how I've treated others.

Thanks Ann! Smiling

This is the former Lilium majoense, it was changed after I put the photos in. Things are forever changing.

It's just so pretty. I love the colors in it.

So do I Ann, but the darned thing did not want to live! These are like chickens teeth to find, I got one, it dwindled a slow death over a couple of years. I even got a small bulb growing from it but that didn't want to live eithe! I also found seed from an alpine garden society, they grew nicely, for a while, then they didn't want to live either. I kept them in my black gold, in pots in a greenhouse over winter, they did not thank me for that. Grumbling Rolling on the floor laughing

You know what? I think we're going to have to revisit the Red Hickory. Groan. I took some more photos the other day & when I examined it in person it doesn't have the red stems. I don't know. I'll post the pictures on the ID forum soon. Sitting here with hair color on to wash the grey out. The clock is ticking. Will do photos as soon as I can get to it. Almost hate to.
