You know what? I think we're going to have to revisit the Red Hickory. Groan. I took some more photos the other day & when I examined it in person it doesn't have the red stems. I don't know. I'll post the pictures on the ID forum soon. Sitting here with hair color on to wash the grey out. The clock is ticking. Will do photos as soon as I can get to it. Almost hate to.
