I've noticed that some people copy a particular post and then reply to it. How do I do that? Should I just tag the person who originally made the post?

Look at the lowers right side of the post and you will see the word "Quote". Click on that and it will open a comment box with the quote and you can add your comments under it (or over). You can also edit out parts of the quote that you don't want to use. Especially useful for long post.

Just make sure to add your comments after the last bracketed quote (it looks like this [ / quote ] but without the spaces.
Also, if you remove some of the quoted text, don't remove either the beginning or end of those quote brackets.
