That is amazing! That particular plant plans on surviving! I'll guess again then...144. This is the first time I ever collected seeds from hibiscus and I was so surprised to find so many chambers in the pod. I got my first plant 4 years ago from someone who appreciated my attraction to its beauty and did not have too many locations for its size. I was not sure how it would grow where I placed it since it was not sunny in that spot all day, just part of the day. Well, how exciting that it has returned each year, however, that one did not grow seed pods. It is a pink star in the backyard at the end of the summer when only the rudebekia dapple parts of the landscape.

Alana, I have so much fun playing I have to admit to not paying attention to what prizes you had offered. I'll go back and find them and Thank You!

DING DING DING........We have a winner! Danita, I'll enclose a packet for you when I mail my swap seeds off to Alana.

My hibiscus pod had 108 seeds in ONE pod. It was an extra large pod and I was having a cup of coffee so I decided to count them. Crazy seed lady that I am sat here with two paper plates counting them.

Alana is busy so I'll post another game in the am.
