It's a bit too early to say, but I would expect that the new growth on the left (first image, two growths highlighted) is just going to be a new lead, rather than a spike - it's a bit too flat to be a spike.

The other two might be flower spikes, but you'll need to wait a bit longer to find out. Assuming you're entering spring weather, they are more likely to be new leads (that form bulbs) rather than spikes, but it's not impossible - some of mine are spiking early due to the unusually temperate summer we've had here in Australia.

Yes I am going into spring, I live in south western Oregon and have pretty mild winters. I'm sure I'll ask again once they grow some more 🙂
