Waiting for Nola's and Superstition to start taking orders... thinking about Winterberry or maybe Sutton (because rebloomers)... (I have no good excuse for buying any more iris, but Nola's and Superstition both have irises I wanted to get last season...)

and my thanks to those who've ordered from me -- I just want to assure the traders, that I deliberately went conservative on the numbers for sale, because my main and foremost goal in 2018 and beyond is trading. So there'll be plenty to trade with in 2018.
I'll order (purchase) a select number of new ones for 2018, but hope to acquire most of my new additions through trading with the kind folks here and elsewhere and establishing a network of reliable traders across the country. This will eventually take the place of any retail sales efforts on my part.
Looking forward to sending out my "timmyboxes" next summer. I haven't said much about my timmyboxes but I've been sending those out since 1996 very much on the quiet and downlow. My retail and trading customers get exactly the same quality from me.
If I start crowing about my new additions (purchases) on here , please keep in mind that im really signaling my trading intentions for the future

Tim ~ Some of us are new to the iris forum and have nothing yet to trade. Most of my Irises have just been purchased or received this year, and some won't even be up to blooming size yet, so not yet ready for trading. I will be happy when I can get into the position of offering varieties for trade or replacement for some others losses.

Im aware of that, and im not going anywhere and hopefully you're not either so lets plan on the future, shall we ? :)
I also trade with quite a few other people across the U.S who aren't members of this forum.

I've had to step back from my irises this year. Maybe next year will be easier.
