With all due respect, although I have not yet looked up "Music Box", there is no way in the world that all the above submissions are "Music Box"! Paul 2032 in particular? Beautiful picture, but the odd rose out in all the submitted pictures, perhaps another contributor as well. Not critiquing anyone, I just spend so much time on my numerous roses and making certain I have identified same correctly, and then zuzu submits a simply gorgeous identified rose, (presumably-remember, I haven't looked it up yet-LOL) and then others submit what they believe to be the same rose, and there obviously are major differences, regardless of the age of the bloom. Cheers. Now to looking up "Music Box" . Frank Mosher

They all look like Music Box to me. It's a pink and yellow rose, with varying degrees of the two colors in various blooms. It's one of Ping Lim's roses, which tend to be highly phototropic. Mine's in light shade, so the yellow is almost always a very pale yellow. Paul's might be in the sun and would therefore produce blooms of a more intense yellow. Aside from its phototropic properties, the rose does produce blooms of varying shades of color in general, all at the same time. Ping Lim's roses are known for this. Rainbow Sorbet, for instance, can produce blooms that look nothing like the other blooms on the same rose bush.
