Polly, where are you getting the Mystic Black. I would like to get one of those. Jo Ann was talking about that on another thread but that source was sold out or not shipping. That Phlox is very pretty.

So far I have ordered a few hellebores, some heuchera, and some hardy hibiscus ( co-op). I really want some of the new heuchera from Terra Nova Nursery. No sources yet!
Thursday I go to the NW Flower and Garden Show, always pick up a few goodies there!

I was out cleaning the beds yesterday and it looks like most of my coneflowers are growing!!! Little sprouts! Hurray! Hurray!

I'm getting it wholesale from Darwin plants. First time I purchased from them, so I don't know what they will be like.

What heuchera are you liking from Terra Nova? The only new one I got from there is Creole Nights.

Are you into the co-ops? Some of these should be showing up on the co-ops.

Yes, in 2 co-ops. They will show, they are 2012 intro's so may be closer to summer. Do you run a nursery?

Darwin have a lot of nice plants on their site. I really like the Echinacea called Greenline. I got the one called Raspberry Doublescoop last year and it did well.

I like that Echinacea too. Some interesting Heuchera also. I could have a big shopping event on that site!

springcolor, yes I do. I have an at home very small nursery, mainly selling to landscapers, and I sell irises on the net. Siberian Iris Gardens.

I could do a lot of shopping there too, but not until I know they're not going to be another Van Bourgodien.

If they're good maybe we could talk Mamajack into a co-op from there.

Oh yes, that would be good!
Van Bourgodien and Wayside Gardens
Wayside sent me plants and then in a few years when they bloom you find they are not the named ones you bought! Then its to late to complain!

My first gardens came from Wayside back in the 80s and they were great. But an order I made in 2006 or so was horrible. So down hill they had gone.

The last time I bought from Wayside the plants were plugs for the price of 1 gallon plants. NEVER AGAIN.

Bob, did you get your Darwin plant directly from Darwin? In a co-op from Darwin?

Oops, sorry Jo, we cross posted. I wasn't sure if Bob got the echinacea directly from Darwin, so he could tell us if plants from Darwin were any good or not.

I got it at a local garden center. But a Darwin co op sounds good they have quite a few interesting Heuchera and Echinacea.

And the one you got from the garden center was good? I wondered if that was their outlet, garden centers or growers. I've never seen their plants anywhere.

I've just got to tell this, LOL. The only place I can find listed to buy Darwin Plants is in Humpty Doo and Lambells Lagoon, Australia. Anyone going to Humpty Doo soon?

Jo Ann how nice to be able to have fresh cut flowers around all the time.

Polly the thing with Darwin plants is if you Google some of them you find them around on different sites. So I am not sure if they are their own plants like Terra Nova or are they like Walters were they are growers and distributors of others plants and just carry a lot of different kinds then we see here.
