Kaydee was my first favorite daffodil to force and easily translocate outside.. Mine came from M & Z (McClure and Zimmerman).

I love Kaydee, and glad someone is still carrying them! I had a clump that got dug when we had some septic work done and now only have a few left. Those few have been multiplying nicely into little clumps, but they're scattered among some Katie Heath and I get confused which is which, so I'd like to obtain a few more.

I thought I would love RVW. Nope it looks like a dandelion on LSD to me. I'm not sure if I shovel pruned it or it went away on it's own. In the same bed I have Thalia and it's beautiful but it has the paperwhite stink. To me that is.

My neighbor has daffs that she calls Scrambled Eggs, I'm sure it's an heirloom but it always stays wadded up. How could I turn that sweet lady down when she offered me some? D'Oh!

I do love that Kaydee and Tete Boucle!

There is an old double called Scrambled Eggs, but I've never seen it growing around here.

This one is common throughout the south east, and I've heard people call it scrambled eggs.

Yeah, they're not my favorite either- kinda messy looking. I do keep a few in the garden for nostalgia sake. And I did find that if you divide and fertilize them, the next year they have a neater and kinda cool bloom form. This photo shows what they do (you have to expand the photo to see all the angles).

Unfortunately they return to that messy look the next year. They put me in mind of a bloom that exploded, Hilarious!
