Shirlee that is really scary, I hope the weather guys are wrong also.

We had some tornados in the area last year. The tornado missed us, but we
got some damaging hail and ice storms. In my entire life, I have never
seen hail last as long as that one did. And tornados have been rare in the
past.

Expecting 4 to 7 inches of snow by Friday night. Sure is beautiful today, blue skies and lots of birds on the feeders this morning.

Well I missed yesterday's snow during my evening commute- now I have snow - again, during my morning commute. I don't mind snow, I don't like it when I am driving to or from work. It makes my 60 minute drive, too long. And I don't like it during the middle of the night in SW Illinois when visibility is almost zero and the weather forecaster is saying "clear skies". But usually, I do like snow- we need the moisture and my plants like the protection ~Jan
