Some of you might be familiar with the wonderful introductions of Karol Emmerich. She just shared this on the mother robin.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v...

She was being interviewed by Prairie Yard and Garden for TV and now it is up on you tube

Lots of tips about daylilies and hybridizing.

Great job Karol! I love your intros!

That was a fantastic video! I really recommend everyone watch it, but it's almost a half-hour long so give yourself enough time. I really loved her FEARFULLY AND WONDERFULLY MADE and CLASH OF CIVILIZATIONS!

Thanks for posting the wonderful video. I would really like to hear her speak sometime. What I like most about Karol's site is her cv descriptions and photos of branching. If the cv has any negatives she tells you what they are so you have all the information to make a decision.

Karol is a very interesting speaker and gives a wonderful talk. She was the speaker at Region 11's summer Regional in St. Louis a couple years ago. Really enjoyed her! I've also been to her gardens at the Minneapolis National several years ago. I think the National is in Minneapolis again next year and her garden is on the tour again. I used to get to the National meetings every couple of years, but since I've been hybridizing it's getting harder to leave the garden when they're blooming......
