Here is mine. I think it's going to be the best one because................IT HAS ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES!!!!!!!

Real cute Sally.. nice color and you can use the whistles when you're without the wind .. how does it sound..
well .. without windchimes to show... here's a new proposal for power near to where you need it... these are trees with wind turbines as flowers on the limbs.. wonder if they will think to have them make an enjoyable sound also..

The Bells and Whistles makes very little sound except during a strong breeze when the bells give off a very soft chime. It's actually really nice as I already have enough wind chimes making noise. This one is more a visual "chime".

Am I the only one that made one???

I made a couple from pieces of old chimes and added beads here and there, but I'm in the middle of painting these chairs and a garden bench and don't have the chimes out where I can get a decent photo. If I ever find them again.
Y'all would not believe the mess I have right now. It's one thing to paint a picture. It's another thing when you get started on a bunch of furniture. And I'm also in the middle of painting a garden sign which is taking forever to dry between layers. Remind me to not paint on metal again. Please. Not in the dead of winter when nothing dries.

I didn't even start any wind chimes, I haven't even been out in the back yard for several days, wish I knew why I'm so busy and accomplish nothing. Looking forward to seeing more wind chimes from everyone though for ideas.

OK.. I couldn't let you be the only one there Sally... so I put together one on both sides of a talk I went to today... about orchards on rooftops... this local [ upstate ] orchard that makes alot of the apple juice they sell wanted to help any and all comunity groups or other bunches of interested folk put together a sustainable orchard on some roofs... they were lookingfor one of about 10,000 sq ft to start... about 1/4 acre.. for 378 trees thta owuld yield 378 bussles of apples a year... after I got to talk to him about some new additives .. like messenger.. which we'd both tried on small gardens..and he told me of a new one of that type of thing.. one that spurs the plant to make it's own remedy for it's pests .. called Regalia.. http://marronebioinnovations.c... much like messenger it seems..
any here's my chimes... and a use for broken crystal.. makes a nice light .. clear sound when struck by the minerals and pearls..
I'd decided I'd use these chimes as part of my American Dream Catcher I've been working on some... and it will be mounted inside the dream catcher.. a part of catching these dreams...
A wine glass softly massaged by strings of fools gold and colored pearls...[ 2 ] other strings are of oil cured pearls [ 4 ]
and a single string of a big crystal fob from a chandler with blue crystal beads above it .. the cross pieces are of black granite.. and it's suspended by brass wire from one of the American helping hands ..

I'll get around to making my views known.... funny..I never had a new one.. when you get a new one... it seems it changes every post you have ever made to the new avatar..and the picture got cropped to show our feet.. and some sidewalk below.. and cut my Uncles head off .. well I guess that's fitting also...

Yes.. thanks Becky.. well .. I got part of the idea from Sharon... she had said she'd made one from some beads.. and I was thinking of something I could use on the wine galss so as not to break it right away in some high winds ..

I've been toying with the idea of making a big figure myself.. out of the foam that's now the cool room.. or some other monolithic something.. like the aku - aku heads...I couldn't miss the chance of a photo with my uncle.. so I called over someone on the street to operate the camera on the phone.. I picked someone I thought I could chase down if they ran..
