Does not appear to be Passiflora caerulea, please see other images. If unsure of the exact cultivar or species, it's best to add photo to the generic Passiflora entry.

Nope can't find another that is Similar. Mabe The flower is not fully open makes it look different and it's hardy in zone 6a. It also has a seed pod that when opened exposes hundreds of furry tiny seeds that fly in the breeze similar to the dandelion...I'm stumped.
