I have not seen the new ones for sale yet , but I think I love Hosta . net will have all the new Terra Nova ones this summer. I also have the same ones coming from Santa Rosa. What a shame about French Quarter it is one of my favorites. Give them a while some die back all the way in the winter and by me start coming back in April.

Thumb of 2012-03-16/springcolor/4d41d5
Fire Chief. I'm sure this will be beautiful by June
Thumb of 2012-03-16/springcolor/64472e
Not sure about this one but have hopes that it will still grow.
Thumb of 2012-03-16/springcolor/1eac6b
This is Heucherella 'Golden Zebra' I'm sure it will be back this June.
Looking sad right now Sad
Don't pull to soon, they may grow from the bottom. I think this all depends on the parents of the hybrid.

They look good to me springcolor. I lost FQ to crown rot. I'm not home a lot so it's much harder to deal with issues well after they first start. I suspect black vine weevils got to Shanghai but it has a little piece of life so we will see.

I have issues with the weevils too. Most of mine are in pots. I'm going to treat this spring for those guys. These plants are a bit expensive. When I suspect weevil I dig it up and look. If I find the weevil then i cut all the rotted root and replant the part that is left and clean. Not sure if I expained that right. If you cut all the stem and root of that the weevil ate then sometimes it will root and survive.
FQ is a hard one to lose, its one of my favorite of all the heuchera.

A few times I thought I'd lost my FQ too, but it always seems to pull through. Not the fastest growing one I have though.

I got Fire Alarm and Paprika. If you have Autumn Leaves, you basically have Fire Alarm as it is just a selection out of Autumn Leaves. To be honest I can't see any difference in the two.

Paprika is awesome! It has a nice orange color to it now. Delta Dawn is another good one with better color than Miracle.

Thanks Clint. I do have Autumn Leaves and so I will get a couple Paprika instead. I have been moving some around and wanting to put Paprika and Gunsmoke in this bed before I put the mulch on. Since picture was taken I removed the hosta behind the fern and the daylily in front. The handle on the polka dot coffee mug broke when I tripped over a shovel so it's partially buried for a toad house.

First photo 5/19. Second Photo 5/30 with Cajun Fire, Blackberry Crisp and Gunsmoke added.

The ferns have really grown in 2 weeks so I need to move heux forward. Should of known better than to think I would ever have walking space.

Love your colors. I started to get a fern like that. I know I want it now. LOL.

I tend to plant things too close together. I am trying to stop but I can't!

Hi guys - The fern is Autumn Brilliance fern and I bought them from santarosgardens 2 yrs ago on sale for $4.29.

GHS has it: http://www.gardenharvestsupply...

Southern Comfort has grown to monster size measured at 19" tall by 26 wide today. Can't wait to see Paprika. Haven't heard from ilh about a ship date but I'm leaving Wednesday for awhile so my neighbor said she will take photos and babysit them.

Chris - The coffee mug is a tall skinny one from Kohls. They had marked them down from $8 to $2.50 and I bought the last 7 with a 30% code. I'm down to 4 and they don't carry them now. At least the "toad house" color coordinates with the heux.
