The sound of rain here this morning was just wonderful and a welcome surprise since only a 20% chance was predicted. What I have decided to do is get rid of the 4 or 5 hostas left in the shade garden and move some heux back there. I can't keep losing these to the heat wave and the hostas are are a continual slug fest unless I keep pouring the beer. Today's featured flavor is Strawberry Wheat Malt, which was on sale @ liquor store and I can guess why.

Try mulching your Hosta with pine needles , they do not like climbing over it.
