I was out this morning gathering up more plants to sale and walked right up on top of 4 baby Armadillas. I swear I wasn't 5 foot from them. They were very busy hunting for grubs and my good old dog Conrad didn't even see them. I had to show him and then he's like"Well what do yo want me to do?" Nothing good dog, I'll take care of this. So we are standing there watching the little ones, about half grown, when one of them just walks right up to us, within inches!!!! Conrad looks, I look, the baby looks at us, then turns and starts digging for grubs right at my foot.
So, we've had these every year for a long time. But, I've never had 1500 newly repotted daylilies setting around with grub worms underneath each one of them. I sure hope they don't accidently knock over one pot and find them. I can just see all my pots upended!!! Any quick advise????
