I never liked the look of the trade and cultivar names together even though I know that is the standard of how they are listed in other databases. (it's ugly, IMHO)
Anyway, one thing I was hoping can be added though is also the text box named Trade Name to show just beneath the Cultivar name box. For instance, in this entry, this Physocarpus is named 'Seward' and someone coming into the entry may wonder why the name 'Summer WIne' is listed as well. If a Trade Name box was just below that Cultivar box, it would make it clear right away why that name is listed.

By the way, on some entries, the TM mark is included with the trade name and others it isn't. Should it be a standard across the board one way or the other or does it really matter? I just like consistency. Also, it the registered mark and trade mark considered the same thing?

I have no problems at all changing the formatting. If you have ideas, I'm all ears.

It depends on if the trade name is registered or trademarked...

Also, it the registered mark and trade mark considered the same thing?

™ is for an unregistered trade mark
® for a registered trademark

Thanks for adding the trade name box, perfect! Right now, I don't have ideas for an alternative name listing, maybe someone else can weigh in here.

Another great feature. Now I'll need to go through the Sedum to see if that applies to any of them.

Sue/Dave, We're using the Trade Name box for Trade Designations right? Same thing? If so, there are Trade Designations which are not trademarked. Translations are just one example.
