Ursula, Trichopilia is really lovely. Tell me about the pots. I really like the Leptotes bicolor, too. Carol, the Lc fire dance x nudosa is especially beautiful. It looks like a pretty large plant. Kathy, I cannot believe all that you have blooming. I still think the EB is wonderful, and I love the Newberry Elf. Did you get that one at Rioger's? The phal lueddemannianais the one that you gave me, right? It is wonderful, too. Mine is happy. Ken, the Chocolte Sun is a very interesting color. I really like it. I think I am a Catt lover. Bree, your Catts are wonderful, and I love that cute spotted vanda. It must have been a bad week for computers, as mine was out for several days. I feel like I will never catch up on all of the posts...you are a very busy group!

I've been working night and day to get ready for the big MG tour of my place and now that it is over, I just want to collapse. 43 Master Gardeners, 2 Extension agents and a hort prof from UF all walked around my garden this morning pointing and asking questions. I didn't hear anything negative but did get lots of complements. I pulled a few of the blooming orchids out of the trees and bushes to add color to the lanai. Several of the Vandas are in spike and one of my favorites, Thonglor Sand X Pimchai Beauty, is in full bloom.

I found Encyclia (Yes, I know it has other more fancy names) Green Hornet is blooming as well. It is a very frequent bloomer and I highly recommend it.

I'm down to once a week watering. Hope the newbies are happy with that. I'm tired of trying them but encouraged that they might like the new regimen.

Great display of plants Jim, V. Thonglor Sand X Pimchai Beauty. Love those phals, the last one looks like some kind of fish coming to devourer me.

Wonderful Kathy, Laski is still my favorite. My Phaius has never lost its greenery in the 2 years I have had it and is just starting new growth.

Not quite true, Ursula. I've already tossed a small Paph and a small Phal. They just happened to be sitting in a spot where they were getting too much sun. I also found serious sunburn on a couple of big catts but I moved them and think they will recover. I think we are all much happier when we can keep an eye on our babies.
