Thanks Fred! If i had time i would work with Dakar it holds better than any dark daylily in the garden with Midnight in Marrakesh a close second.

This seedling shows a tall scape, and large bloom - I will let this one bloom out.

Lyle you may have cut the scape off Song Of The Empire but both scapes on the seedling have a scape poking out today Hurray! Hurray! , also the Spc Cotton Candy fans are so thick I think they may have a scape in the, Will know soon.

Steph - Glad to hear you have scapes

Shirlee - Some seedlings only bloom once and they are removed, and others will bloom, and then rebloom, then may be evaluated.

This seedling will be removed...

Thanks for the comments - The hibiscus is a favorite. I have also glanced at the bed it is in and have caught a glimps of a low bloom around daylily level and got real excited..

I'm still blooming out orange seedlings and nothing to date, but i still have a few to bloom out..
