This is the craziest year. I have not even bought my annuals yet as it has been cool lately. But I guess all that hot weather back in March really kick started everything. I have NEVER had TB start this early. No where even near this early.

I have iris blooming and still have tulips and daffodils blooming. I woould never have though TB iris and tulips and daffs could all be blooming at the same time here in my garden.

Awesome Rita!!

There was a lady in the iris society who used to say that those 80 degree days make the bloom stalks pop out, she was right.

They look good Rita. About a month early here too, mine are just starting, but things should be going big time in a week or so.

More nice ones, Amazing Don is a new one to me, never saw that one before. Interesting colors. I have 4 new ones this morning, will take some pics as soon as it get light out. I planted a few dutch iris last fall, and they are getting some bloom stems on them too. I never had them before. It's starting to get exciting.

Hey, thanks. I don't do much to the iris. But I sure do love those iris blooms. When I set up that mid backyard iris bed (my biggest) I had the idea to plant afew dutch iris between each iris clump. So that is what I did.

I like to plant tall skinny things between the iris. My tower square iris garden has spring builbs of daffodils and tulips between the iris clumps and some mini glads between for summer color.
