It will bloom on the new growth if it stays warm enough where you are. Then like most tender perennial bulbs, it will die back to the ground.
I would mulch it very generously with a nice wood chip mulch, or a thick layer of leaves and grass clippings. Be sure to mark where it is after you mulch, or you're liable to plant something else there. (been there, done that
)
When it gets warm, they will pop up again, and you can resume feeding and watering it.
