I think this plant is Haworthiopsis (Haworthia) attenuata, which is way more common than fasciata in cultivation and can be distinguished by the upper surface of the leaves having bumps or ridges on top, and not smooth like H. fasciata. These plants are frequently confused but that feature is a sure fire way to tell them apart. I would like to propose moving this image to H. attenuata. Please let me know what you think.
