I'm skeptical on the Perfect Moment plant, too. I would have guessed that at a minimum it had yellow petals that turned red with time and heat. But I have not lived with one yet. Mine is still contemplating whether it wants to make buds this year.

Princess of Monaco looks pretty formal.

Any possibility NO ID is Gold Medal? It's a lovely golden yellow, isn't it?

Steve - It had a beautiful true Perfect Moment blossom open when I bought it, which is why I bought it. Plus it has a real Weeks tag on it stating it's Perfect Moment, so I think it's just one of those wacky 'first blooms are gonna be screwed up' type blossoms. And that no id DOES look like Gold Medal.. great eye!! Smiling It was tagged Golden Showers climber. Sticking tongue out
