Thanks for the clarification. Hopefully I did it correctly. I figured out how to add images too and used the link in the image pop-up to link them to the plant database. Strangely though it still shows the "Associate with a plant in the database" link, even though I already did it.

If I have a question or suggestion about the new group swap system in general, where should I post that? I didn't see a forum for it that wasn't linked to a specific swap. I have been reading through the posts for the first swap to learn more about it, but was thinking I couldn't or shouldn't post there since I wasn't in that swap. Would the site talk forum be more appropriate?

If you aren't able to get the number of people you want to sign up for the swap, couldn't it just be combined with the other more general swap rather than totally canceling it. If I am understanding the new system correctly it would just be a matter of checking off items in our swap list as available in another joined swap, and we wouldn't have to recreate a swap list?

I hope enough people are willing to try out the new system. The post I made on the GardenWeb natives forum only got one reply saying, "it sounds too complicated and expensive." Sighing! To me it seems like it will probably be a vast improvement to handling large group swaps, and certainly easier than doing multiple trades separately with individuals.
